I cant save my NFS HEAT progress

Dear EA, i have a really annoying problem, i spent too much time playing NFS HEAT on my ps4, and i had to restart the game, so when i restarted, it said "Your save file is curropt and could not read by the game. continuing will overwrite the save" and all of my progress was deleted, if there is an autosave button in NFS HEAT pls tell me where it is, i hope you help me with my issue.

    Hey @i02gvqqzbon5 

    Can we try the following steps and check if you are able to save?

    • Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
    • Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console
    • Check for console updates 
    • Restore Licence
    • Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

    Hello! I have the same issue where in it says that cloud files corrupted, and everytime I play NFS heat it create a new save, but when you play it it does not save, and if you log out and login again you will start from the beginning again
