    Right click and repair via Origin and then reboot and retry.

Disabling antivirus didn't work, neither firewall exception.

Uninstalling both Origin and Payback didn't work either.

PS: i downloaded the patch (around 7 something gigs), played it (not showing any speedcross event or dealership / cannot find either 2000 GTR or RX7), and after a couple of hours, bam, unplayable.

    now game is an work. I don't know why fix it now, but I am just repair via origin and press the play and its work.
