I do not have the new DLC even though I own Need For Speed Deluxe Edition

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? At playstation Store I Think
What happens when the bug occurs? I do not get the new DLC even though I own the Deluxe Edition of Need for Speed

In the description in the store of Need For Speed Payback Deluxe Edition says that "Future Pack Story Mission", should soon be available to transfer, but appears to buy, I wait for an answer.

An issue has been resolved on PS4 where Deluxe and Deluxe Upgrade players were not seeing Speedcross as being free.

At this time, all Deluxe and Deluxe Upgrade players should see Speedcross as a free download, can you all please confirm this?

Don't worry. I had the same issue. There is simple fix for this.
Go to the store.
Find Need for Speed Payback.
Go through the things included in the Deluxe Edition...
And you'll find the SpeedCross dlc.
The thing here is that the DLC doesn't automatically install itself so you have to do it.
The same applies for the Mini and the Infinity.

By the library? So far I could not find it and I tried to search it but it always appears to buy it

That is quite strange. Is there a way to manage the game? If so, you should be able to find the dlc. Another solution is going to the DE version of the game and checking what is included in the bundle. (I play on Xbox so the process was a little different but I know the issue.) The DE version is essentially a bundle so try to find a section where it tells you what's in the bundle. You should be able to find the Speed cross DLC in there as owned.

Now that I think about it, does PS4 have a section on things that are ready to install? You might find it there.

I upgraded and today when I wanted do speedcross it said I had to pay but isn't it supposed to have the dlc, and I am in south africa and I use a ps4 so if someone figure it outs please tell me.

People keep saying that the DLC works with Xbox and PC but PS4 isn't working. I'm not really sure what the issue is with PS4. It worked fine on Xbox (The console that I play on.) Maybe try uninstalling the game, going to the store, and finding the bundle. Maybe it will fix itself when you try to reinstall. Other than that I really can't figure out how to fix this.
