I got banned for no reason

Hello my name is Chris im 16 years old and the last days ive been out of my country and letted my brother play my game , when i got back yersteday i tried to log in , in my NFS World account and it told me i was banned. My brother told me that he didnt do anything at all . Could you please tell me why i got banned and please uban me if there isnt a reason why i got banned?

@chrischristides Answers HQ cannot do anything about bans because we are a public forum and can’t do anything account management related, but what we can do is tell you how to dispute and appeal a ban.

The general ban dispute email is accountdisputes@ea.com they can take 2 weeks+ to reply.

You may wish to post this under the Need For Speed World section not Need For Speed Rivals as these are two dif games.
