i have a problem with nfs 2015 keyboard is not working
i had bought nfs 2015 on steam like a year ago i had the same problem last year that whenver i opened the game and it would enter the start screen my keyboard would stop responding to it it only happens in nfs 2015 and in no other game i found a fix for it last year by a youtube video in which u go into the windows graphics setting and choose nfs 2015 in its folder and put its performance setting has maximum i tried it again this time ( i reseted my pc in between the year because of some issue and i just downloaded it back after like 6 months) but it wont work i so i cant play a game i paid for please help ea staff all my other ea titles and nfs games work perfectly only a issue with this one

To check have you tried the following?
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Verify the game in via your Steam library
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
