I have too much spare visual points

I have over 400k visual points in game and its quite annoying because I cant use them at all, I have unlocked every color, and mod for my cars... So I would like to see a Visual Points converter, for ...

      Lol! I know! That's what happens when u spend all ure gold on "all access passes"! I've tried to spend it all but it's too much of a grind.
