It looks like your Graphic cards supports DX 9 however DirectX 11 is required for this game on Widows 7 systems.
You can still update the driver. To do so, go directly to the manufacturer’s official page. [Redirection to Intel.com]
Then try again, but if DirectX 11 is not supported by your Graphic card, I don't think it will help.
