I lost all my money

Question

I was playing nfs heat and I had 385K enough to but the aventador SVJ. My internet wasn’t working properly and I fixed it.. I logged back in and all my money was gone ( I did save it multiple times) and I was left with 85K! This happened to me before when I had a million but I ignored it thinking that it was my mistake but I am very angry as now all the cars I sold are gone and my money. I can’t call them as it’s Christmas and idk but I’m annoyed

@AaHaad2006 Welcome to owning another broken game releases by those, and which EA refuses to really acknowledge as being broken. They FIXED the issue in their last update doncha know lol

@Icarium81I wouldn't say its broken. I have had zero problems with my game, also have had zero internet problems as well , so maybe its related.

@Icarium81 The game had documented problems they are/were aware of. Bro I don’t think you will be compensated, you going to have to take it as a loss. The people with the ability to help you, don’t care. It’s above the support techs authority, and some of them will provide the wrong information. I was assured by one support guy that I would receive everything back I’ve lost and they were aware of the problem. Another one explained that couldn’t be further from the truth. Bro everyone who lost money cars whatever, we just gotta take that L.
