I need help activating Need for Speed ProStreet

@Zokingster Got a digital download key from best buy, but I cannot get the game to verify ownership with origin. I sent in a support ticket, but after I sent account info and error details, all I received was an email asking if I still needed help. Like "Yes! you never even looked at my case!"

Yeah, I got the same mail after the unsuccessful code verification with the agent. It's such a shame that a game like this became abandonware. All of this could be avoided so easily if EA simply put the game up for sale on Origin.
