I need to level up my gt3 rs? How can i get rest of blueprints??

I cant find the blueprints anywere in the game? I cant even purchase them? Were can i find the porshe gt3 rs blueprints in need for speed no limits?

    Until June 26 you will not have the chance to have projects for this car.
