I tried to make nfs rivals run at 60fps, now It's super laggy

I downloaded NFS rivals, and I could run it fine at maximum settings, always getting a constant 30fps, never wavering from it. However, I was a little disappointed that the game could only run at 30, so I tried the "fix" to make it run at 60fps. The method was putting in "-GameTime.MaxSimFps 60 -GameTime.ForceSimRate 60 +" into the shortcut of the game. Now however, instead of running at 30, it runs at 15-20 fps, and the game is really slow. I tried taking it out of the shortcut and running the game again, but the problem still persisted. Is there anyway I can revert this change to get back to the normal 30fps?

Normally deleting your local settings files will clear this stuff up.

You can find the files at Documents\Ghost Games\Need for Speed Rivals\settings. Be sure to make a backup elsewhere first, then delete these. When the game starts up and doesn't see these files, it'll create a new set from a generic template.
