I want to activate EA Game

Hi i have a game case that contains a manual with a key on it's back, and i tried to use so i can get it on my EA account, and then somehow transfer it to my Origin account.

The games that i'am trying to active are:

• Need For Speed: Most Wanted
• Need For Speed: Carbon
• Need For Speed: ProStreet

I activated the key here: https://activate.ea.com/activategame.do
I tried to solve it using this information : https://help.ea.com/pt/article/redeem-your-serial-code-in-origin#2 and like i said before i use the link above to activate it, but now it isn't on my account. How can i have it on my Origin or EA account, so i can download it online, and get the lastest patch and everything?
