I would like a refund for Star Wars Battlefront 2, how?

Hi, I recently bought Star Wars Battlefront 2 without looking at the specs for it to run, and I can't run it on my old PC, I would like a refund. I am seriously confused with your "great game guarantee policy," as from what I read I need to launch the game once it releases and wait 7 days for it to process. But it also says within the 7 days of launch I will be ineligible if I have played it. I simply want someone to just refund me for the game or CLEARLY EXPLAIN how to refund the game. I can't run it because my computer is not able to handle it and I like the game but I can't play it. Please help me out here don't want 60$ going down the drain. Thank You!
