Hello Brother and thanks for your extended list of ideas for improvements.
1.) Let me first address the obvious that the community as a whole realizes the lack of this game working correctly,
regardless of the number of updates from Ghost Devs.
So I believe the most important need for NFS Heat issues is the technical issues!
Sadly NFS Heat has failed in the Performance of Tech and Coding with many errors since its conception day one.
Plus the shader they are using is all unaligned for graphics in this game.
Have you ever watched the way the light of the sun and moon does not line up correctly on objects like trees and buildings or even your cars?
This is my number one issue I deal with people in this community on a regular basis.
So I believe it prevalent to be addressed as it should be for this game.
2.) Another concerning core issues the community deals with is the loss of cars, inventory, and cash.
I have been addressing this for several months now and it's a core set of items that need fixing but Ghost Devs have not fixed this.
3.) If you are not aware of the news from some time ago Ghost Studios,
won't be building the next NFS franchise game since Criterion studios will now take over the reigns. (Next Game)
Still, I am not getting my hopes up for the next game either.
In the meantime, I will just wait to see what Criterion Studios comes up with for a game.
4.) Some of the ideas you mentioned I really liked were drag events and preset wraps & 1V1 of friends would be great.
5.) Adding cars is great but remember for everything added to the game something goes missing that others might want in the game.
An Example - You get the cars you want but some detail of graphics or parts or event has to be toned down or not even in the game due to available disc space.
regardless of the fact, you bought your game as a digital download from the Origin website.
Remember games are released first on consoles and those consoles have limited space for players who own that format of the game.
PC gamers usually get the PC version six months later.
This was true of NFS 2015 if anyone recalls that game back in the day a few years back.
Here is proof of this.

** Special Note **
*** However, most games do come out the same day for console and PC.***
However, 2015 NFS was different as the link shows on release date.
6.) Overall I like what you posted and found if a wonderful dialogue of ideas and support for our community.
Take care and have a great day.
