Ignition chapter loadout problem

Hi,

I seem to be having a whole new problem for which I could not find an answer as well, the moment I start the chapter ignition the first thing is the car decals they are not clear later when I try to reach the event destination the game seems to stop loading the background and then the car goes into some kind of desert and the screen turns black, would really appreciate a solution on this

Deleting and then re-downloading/re-installing the game is the next step here, a little radical but is the way to go if some of your game files are corrupt. If you are downloading the game rather than from disc then connecting your console to your router with a cable rather than via Wi-Fi is advised. Again, let us know how this goes, thanks.

Right click and then Repair the game via Origin.

I downloaded this game on PS4 so can't get you a dxdiag information also cannot repair the game as well

Okay, no worries, lets try something else so...

Restart your PS4 in Safe Mode and then Rebuild Database.

Make sure you choose the correct option otherwise you could cause a bigger problem!

I spoke with the team from Sony they suggested me the same and still the game loads like I explained, I really need your help
