Look guys, this was expected, lets not get too disheartened, we've had a few weeks to ponder over this, some of us will tackle it, some wont, I wont be. The DLC is extremely broken, and doesn't work with the game type at all.
NFS 2015, while some say looked amazing (I disagree, I think it's depressing, dark, gloomy, always raining, wasted chance of the engine, this engine shines in daylight settings). Still remains a slap in the face for the fans. I've said it before, we were promised a fan dedicated game....what we got was a generic racer that's trying to compete with the big guns and punch above it's weight, but can't reach.
I wasn't a fan of the game, NFS died a few years ago, the vommit that was Pro Street saw too that for many. It's just embarrassing that one completion we wont get is a NFS game! Awkward for us lol.
No point giving EA_Tom grief, he's just a forum monkey, a go between, I wouldn't be surprised if anything he has read has even gone to EA. No disrespect to Tom, just how it seems here at my end.
On the small chance EA_Tom that you do have any pull, the issue needs addressing. If this was Forza or Driveclub, fair enough, I recall Horizon 2 adding some hard DLC, but it was fine as the game was playable. NFS2K15 is barely playable, the handling is so bad its not fun. I maxed the core game, but I'll be honest, I had to power through as my car was like a pinball, you cannot add events with these requirement, when the tools we are given are broken, some stubborn folk have managed it, but this should be attainable to most as a fun side thing, if it was hard I would welcome it, aka Bronze medals.....but what you guys are asking is ridiculous, and it's clear to the entire community, the required times were pulled from a hat, or replicated from the worlds finest. If you cars were drivable, I may understand, but the fact the walls are like magnets, and all other variables, you need to do something.
I wont be buying an EA product again...and even if I do, I can bet my life it wont be a NFS, the series is dead. We all know that, EA stop flogging a dead horse, and please fix this DLC.
Also @ EA_Tom please can you unmark this thread as unsolved, as it is not solved....you're accepted answer...is unacceptable.
R.I.P NFS
Cause of Death: Speedlists DLC
I was convinced to give Need for Speed chance by a friend, after doing my usual research (reviews, forums, trophy list) I took the plunge....everything was as expected. I found a great racing game that I couldn't put down, perfect for a casual like myself.....soooo much fun.....until the Speedlist DLC. The update has such a difficulty spike that I'm sorry to say I have to leave this game and future Need for Speeds behind, I just don't have the time or energy.
It was fun while it lasted, I really enjoyed getting back into racing games and achieving the 100% Platinum trophy, now I'm left with 96% Platinum.....nice.

"Solved" and "Accepted Answer" ? Really?
At least you didn't lost your sense of humor. That's probably the best way to cool down the hot topic. We all know how the waiting game ends. If EA don't fix it yet, they will never fix it, because they don't care about old games... and with the last title update released we don't have much time left... or it's probably already too late. *sigh*

EA_Tom this isn't solved, please unmark it, and here are some quotes that sum things up for this DLC:
- All I can say is that if EA does not patch this, I'll never get a game from them again.
- One thing for sure, two things for certain : My first game from EA on the One, my last EA game ever.
-This kind of behavior sickens me from developers.
-NFS carbon is a very frustrating one especially since they never bothered to fix one of their little achievements. EA seem to just want their game out of the factory and be done with it, wait for the money to come in and then straight away work on the next and not respond to the community who are asking questions and help.
-Way too much RNG on the traffic, the AI's way too aggressive, and EA/Ghost expect too much of regular as well as irregular gamers.
-You're not alone my friend! This was the last EA game for me too. If an EA game interests me now, I'll first wait a year to see every single DLC they plan to do and if servers are still up, only then I may get the game. Need for speed lost a good amount of fans with this DLC, far more than it has pleased....
-I'm just too much of a fan of Mirror's Edge and Battlefield to boycott EA entirely. DICE seems to be a decent developer when it comes to the fans. With that said, Need for Speed is never getting another penny from me.

This is just a small handful of our community, there's many more I can paste, and you really think this is solved? It isn't.....EA please adjust this it's horrendous.
