I am not here to ban players, but I do not appreciate being called a sadist, please refrain from such comments in the future. You are however free to voice passionate opinions about the game. Just don't make them personal.
If you fully read my previous replies then you would know that all player feedback has long since been forwarded to the team.
Nothing has really changed about the gameplay other than the difficulty of a very specific set of challenges. If you were interested in the game before then I am sure you will still like it.
We do care for our players, but we also believe in a challenge. However, as stated earlier, the doors are not closed for lowering the requirements in the future.
Consistency is definitely something we can look at!
In my previous replies I did state that we are still open to changing the challenges in the future. However, we also want to give the opportunity to hardcore players to have a real go at them in their current state.
I can't say that I agree with your Lego comparison though as we do have the parts available. Lastly, no one said that being at the top of gaming isn't stressful. It certainly is!
Once again, since for some reason this keeps getting ignored: we are still open to changing the difficulty of these challenges, just not at this moment.

@Straatford87 When I first got the game, I wasn't happy with the handling at all, and all the amount of tuning in the world doesn't change that, it makes it worse, or slightly better. I spent hours upon hours just trying to find a well balanced vehicle that was actually drivable.....I settled on the Aventador, it was the only vehicle in the game, with some tuning that I could actually control to a degree. My 100% completion consisted of me bouncing off the walls and getting lucky, the game was pretty easy anyways, but I never had control fully of the vehicle. When you guys released that Ken Block car and the achievement for drifting (dont remember the DLC name) It took me a week to get it done, as the car was horrific. It was still doable though. The entire handling system is nothing like I have played before, it's insanely off, from what an arcade racer should be.
This is where my Lego comparison comes in, the tools you have given us are extremely flawed, it's impossible for many standard players, and pro players to drive clean in this game, this is just the handling here, before getting into the AI / Online / Cops issues.....Driving a clean lap in itself is a battle, let alone at full speed to nail these golds. I know you work for EA, so in your eyes the game handles amazing, but the community disagrees, the handling in this game is extremely awful. We are battling against elements that shouldn't even be a factor. The tools are broken!
Now if you say were keeping them for the elite, and then changing down the line, and if I believe that...I know many wont agree, but I am fine with that, and I look forward to the change. However, this is EA we are talking about, you have already said updated for this game are done with, and announced a new game already. History proves that EA wont change this at all. So I apologize Tom, but I have a hard time believing you, and I feel your job in this thread is to just silent us with hope, when in reality, you know full well nothing will be done...why? Because this is EA.
EA, the dev that pumps out yearly games, and moves on, the end user has always come last priority to EA....hence why you get all the hate online, and have done for a long while now. You never cared about patching past sports games with unobtainable achievements, why will this be any different? I want to believe you EA_Tom, but being honest with you...I don't.
I don't think EA realises just how many customers they have lost due to Speedlists DLC, the achievement/trophy community is in the millions, and I myself have been amazed at the community backlash on this DLC, I am proud of my community for reacting this way to EA and speaking up. I doubt anything will change on EA's end, as again I feel Toms job is basically to shut us up and hope we forget and move on, but that wont happen as our community is very passionate, and we will always remember. The fact so many people agree with us is great, as IT WILL reflect on NFS 2017 sales unless this is patched...if it is never patched, then it's going to be a sad day the day NFS2017 comes out. This isn't even taking into account how bad the core NFS2015 actually was anyways, the fact it was dedicated to old school fans and still ended up a mess.
True Trophies / PS Trophies / XBOXAchievements / TrueAchievements and the other sheer amount of communities out there, we are very proud you have reacted so negatively to EA, they need to learn.
