just tried the second one but still facing that problem.
Game is installed onto the second hd.
As far as I remember, first drive was dedicated to OS and docs.
Community ManagerBefore suggesting changing the install location of your EA games, can you try changing your in-game resolution and testing the issue. If the keyboard works for an extended period, change the resolution back to your desired setting and test again. Do let us know your results here, thanks.
I did not change any setting and I just install the game in C drive. If this problem cannot be solved, I will not buy this game again as I have already refunded before. I want to play this game so please advise me.

never put games on the windows drive if you do that then your pc can run slow
