in nfs heat, the videos (not the cutscenes) are lagging in video and audio.
In nfs Heat, the videos like the one you see everytime you launch the game is lagging both in video and audio.
I have no issues when playing in-game
I bought the game in steam and it's launching through EA Desktop App with steam running in the background.
- I deleted the cache of EA app and steam.
- I deleted the temp file of my pc.
- I tried reinstalling the game.
- Adding the user.cfg file.
nothing works ;-;

It's lagging a little bit when i go from the settings to the menu (with the car in the middle of the screen)

Correct, I was referring to the in-game graphic settings. Also to check are you using your monitor's native output and refresh mode?
If so, we can also try the following when you have a moment...
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Repair or Install the VC++ files for your game (Guide here)
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.
