In nfs no limits For some races there are no opponents it shows "you" bug

It's one of the many bugs introduced in the new update, nothing solves this: reinstalling, clearing the cache does NOT work, the only thing that could work is the NEW devs fix this bug themselves. I also talked to support from the in-game menu for a few days now, and the level of support is very low, the understanding of the issue is very low - it's like talking to babies over there - I got a suggestion to report a bug here and they gave me this link: https://help.ea.com/en/search/?category=report-a-bug, as you might see this is a general link where you can't directly report a bug; a better option could be here: https://help.ea.com/en/help-show-more-intents/?product=need-for-speed-no-limits but on this page there is also no option for reporting a bug!
