Infinite Crashing Cycle

Hit a wall with my lambo Huracan LP 610-4 (2015) in the "Least Is Most (Hard)" time trail. I've done this route all the way through several times -- too many times -- with this exact car, paint and all, and I even crashed at the same wall at the same angle before -- I really hate this route. This last time when I crashed at the wall (barely nicking it) my car did the crash scene, drove a little, then went strait into another crash scene with out hitting anything; it was stuck in that cycle until I restarted the program. To give you an idea of how quickly that it was making this cycle I couldn't even leave the event or restart it with out the automatic crash scene occurring.

I would have just left it because I was moving forward along the track with out touching the controller (haha) except, sadly, it was a time trial event.

Anyway, I hope I don't continue to have these issues as I am also fighting with the infinite loading screen for about 15-90 minutes each time I attempt to play the game. Yes, I have restarted the client and the system and have switched disks and clients each time it has past 5 minutes at the 100% mark on the loading bar, and none of those work. The only thing that works, oddly enough, is when I start the client up and then put my controller on its charger.

The infinite loading screen bug has been going on since November 17, 2015, and the Infinite Crashing Cycle glitch happened about 30 minutes ago: November 20, 2015 at 11:15-ish A.M. CST.

  • @CrazyCocoaCookie,

    The infinite loading screen is an issue that we are aware of and will be patched soon--do not have an exact ETA for you at the moment.

    For any further technical issues that you might find, please also see our basic troubleshooting guide if you haven't done so yet:

    As for hitting the invisible wall you mentioned: this is something that should be addressed in the next upcoming patch. However, if this particular spot is one we might have missed, do you mind uploading a video for us?

    The crashing was stuck in a cycle as if the program had glitched one step behind thinking that the car crashed again even though it never touched a wall. It couldn't have been an invisible wall because it was constant; it lasted for about 15 minutes before I gave up and restarted the client.

    Ha, I wish I did a video. Don't know why I didn't. Sorry that I can't give too much more clarity than that. It probably wont bother me again; must have just been an anomaly.

    Thanks for the quick response! Looking forward to the next patch! :D -- sexy game so far!

    @CrazyCocoaCookie,

    Glad to hear you are still enjoying the game. If you ever run into something similar, if you can (and want to.. :-p ), a video would be of great assistance for us to get it investigated.

    Enjoy!
