I know it's nitpicking but Crown Vics are so outdated (it's like giving Russian enemies AK-47s in a game set in 2012). I don't think kids even know that's what police used to use anymore. They're more accustomed to seeing Dodge Chargers as police cruisers.
At least you don't see Caprice Classics as police cruisers in video games.

And to what SolidSonic said , Its really a star car by now.. Its been the main Police car in so many video games and in real life, you can still see this car being used today in the United States.. Mostly under cover though. Hope this answers your question.
