[INFO REQUEST] - PC - Extended black loading screen during Online Play

Hey all, For anyone that's having an issue with an extended black loading screen during online play after entering a cutscene for a race please let us know the following info so we can investigate...

time CST 1am all the way to 3am

I dont have the black screen issue i have the crash with no error or logs which is old because this isnt a hardware or driver issue this is a ea failure
