2020, 3 years later, just got this game by PSN Plus on my ps4 pro and they didn't fixed the input lag yet, it's not the tv, I think the game is using VSync and there is no way to disabled it.
I was like, first time I touch my analogue stick I notice a huge delay response from the controller to the car. Well let me check on the Internet if I'm the only 1... Nope
