Installing parts..

Guys I need your help on a confusion of mine.

So, suppose I have a 7 star Viper and say my turbo is at 4 star (on rare), but what i want to do is, buy a legendary turbo from chop shop and install it. Will I be able to do that? Or due to maxed out car, have I lost my chance? Because thats easier to upgrade, else you first have to farm for materials and the spend money on it. Anything?

Thanks in advance!!

  • @vipucho what you want to do is perectly fine, ive just done similar with the bnr34 and its what im doing to max out all my cars, 4 of the parts were only 4* uncommon when i finished the event and i went straight up to epic parts from the chop shop, once ive got the cash from tomorrows tuner trials i'll finish maxing it out

@richieluv76 Yup that worked, thanks. But a month back i tried it on a 7* BMW M4, with a legendary turbo and it didnt show the upward orange arrow, any idea why so?

  • @vipucho - chances are you had something like 6* epic turbo already, which means installing 5* legendary turbo is kinda downgrade. That is why the orange arrow is not shown. But have you clicked the turbo anyway, you'd be able to install it normally.

Yup now i tried, it works perfectly fine. It depends on both, the car's star and that particular part's star.
