Actually it's not Instant Takedown, but speed difference. Game won't take into accout that you're both moving, so taking someone down by scratching his butt at 300km/h is as easy as driving into a parked car.
Hitting players at high speeds SHOULD have higher treshold. But as we all know, there'll be no fix. Too bad.
You buy what you play, if the game is too difficult, LOOK BEHIND yourself. At least they can't hit you with EMPs like in Hot Pursuit, 😕mileyvery-happy:
