Invalid code - Online Pass

I preordered NFS Most Wanted but the exclusive content code that came with the game is invalid. Amazon.com asked me to contact you to resolve this issue.

You're in a bad place. You need to contact EA Support.

      Can you please provide more details about the game edition you ordered and the exact description?
      Also, please confirm if the retailer was Amazon.com or another one available on Amazon web site.

        I preordered the game on October 15, 2012 from Amazon.com ( I can provide you with the order number). You can find more detatils here:

        I am entitled to exclusive content since I preordered the game from Amazon.com but unfortunetly the code that came with the DvD is invalid. I tried to redeem it through PS3 Store. One of my mates preordered the game from Amazon.com and his code is invalid too.

        Platrform: PS3.
