Find the DXSETUP file in the Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Origin folder and run it.

It is possible that the DXSETUP did not run when you installed the game.

    Hello EA Barry,

I tried your suggestion too various times, even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Hot Pursuit game, restarting laptop, installing direct X from the Origin folder, restart laptop and start the game,, however the game won't load.

My laptop is the Acer AMD Richland A10 with upto 3.5 GHz and 4MB L2 Cache, 4GB DDR3L Memory and a 1TB HDD. It has Windows 10 with Direct X 12. It has more than the minimum requirements for my game to run. Its sad I had to invest cash for this game and not having it to run. Would you be able to provide any other valuable suggestions? I am a die hard fan of NFS.

    Thanks,

    Dennis
