Invalid license. Reason code = Missing DLL dxgi.dll Error 0x0000007e NFS Most Wanted

After uninstalling and installing the game (from DVD), I'm getting this error everytime I launch the game. I bought the game off Amazon and it worked perfectly when it was first installed. Anyone knows how to fix this?

I'm running Windows 7 64bit, latest DirectX11.
