Is Need for Speed heat an online save?

Started my Need for Speed campaign at home on my PS4 but when I go to my friends a start it up on my account on a different ps4 I have to start the career all over again? Would’ve thought it being a full online game that my save would be in the cloud similar to FUT, anyone know?
