Is Most Wanted gonna be any good on the PsVita, and if you pre-order the Vita version will you still get the pre-order bonus??

You can watch a gameplay video here. I'm not sure it will come with the pre-order bonuses but I saw the BMW M3 GTR from the old most wanted in this game.
I've heard that the PSVita version will be equal to the PS3 version but I don't recall where.
That's where I heard about the Vita version of the game.
