Issue on Razorsd Mustang promo blueprint

Hello to all i have the following problem and i d like our thoughts cause i think there is a problem and i got bit misshandled. i bought he Razor mastang as soon as it showed up after the M4 event .Then the promo popped up that gives y the opportunity via blueprints to make your car fulll star well i just bought 2 big ones 600 gold each and a small with 270 and its not and even if it showed it gave only blueprints it was giving me useless street motor parts green ones so i m not relly a happy camper folks plus i threw away all my gold bars and i dont have the car , your thoughts on the matter plx and y think i could get a solution ?
