Issue with Overwatch Challenge livery unlock

As you level up in the Overwatch Mode on the companion app you get Overwatch Challenges sent to the main game of NFS: Rivals for you to complete. Once you complete them you either unlock a livery or a car for use in the game. I have already finished 7 of those Overwatch Challenges but only 6 items are unlocked. The item that has now glitched and locked itself again is a livery (Overwatch Discreet) for the BMW M3 GTS on the Racer side of the game. I can't remember the exact Overwatch Challenge that it was a reward from. I believe it was either Challenge #3 or #4. When I completed the challenge it said the content was unlocked and I checked it myself. It was there and I was able to use it. Later in the day when I went back into the game to play more I noticed it was locked again.

The only way to unlock the liveries from Overwatch is by doing those Overwatch Challenges. The problem though is that once you complete the challenge you can't go back and replay it. So now I have lost any chance at all of getting that content back because no matter how much more I keep playing the game or the Overwatch Mode in the app I will never be given that challenge so that I can get the livery back that I already earned.

At the time of writing this I am level 26 in the Overwatch Mode of the app so any of the people that could possibly help should know I am more than enough into that mode to have already earned that unlock. I want to know why it successfully unlocked and then re-locked itself later. It's frustrating to know that now no matter how much I play there will always be one piece of content that I can never get again even after I did everything the right way to earn it in the first place because you decided to release a buggy game with content that can only be accessed by playing a buggy app.
