Issue with the Launching

Hello, I recently installed **Need for Speed Heat Deluxe Edition** through the EA App. At first, the Play button was disabled and the app said the game was already running even though it wasn’t. I fixed that by closing background processes. However, now when I launch the game, it opens but stays on a black screen and nothing loads. I waited a few minutes but the game never starts. I have already tried restarting the EA App and my computer, but the issue is still happening. Could you please help me fix this problem? Thank you.
