Items gone missing in the game

I paid money for some packs and when I logged on again, I had a notification telling me I had to re-buy the items that I had already spent real money on

    Hello @1610aido,

    If you are missing paid content like DLC, then you should talk to EA support, if you are missing in-game money then nothing much can be done.
