Have you created the new EA account on your computer?
Well, to link your EA account to your Xbox account, you simply log in with your EA account while you're playing Need For Speed Payback.
The option for that must be somewhere in the NFS:Payback menu
you only have to LOG IN with your EA account.
it's probably where it says "go online", and then it will automatically ask for your EA account
