Got this problem too prevents me doing 100% of the game last jump wont record stuck at 76/77
Are you traveling at speeds higher than 150mph?
If so, this is a known issue on some areas of the map.
We recommend trying the jump again, or rebooting your system to solve the issue.
I tried jumping as slow as possible still wont record it
There are a few jumps I have seen that if you are going too fast is screws up the takeoff and causes the jump to not count. Went slower and it registered, not with the greatest record.
I am experiencing this sme issue. There is a jump, a huge pipe that you drive through with jump at the end situated at the Command Post between I4 and Eastwood Rise. I have launched and landed cleanly, overshooting the current Friends leader scoreboard and the jump is not recorded. Done this several times. I noticed that if I underjump the current leader the jump is recorded, its only when I out distance the current leader's jump that my jump is not recorded. I've tried not using nitreous before or during the jump and it doesn't affect the recording. There is a dotted line through the air and where the current leader's jump distance is shown and I over jump this quite a bit but my jump just simply is never recorded. Tried going out of the game, coming back in or even clean re-boot and still my jumps are not recorded here.

Tried this and it seems to work fairly consistently. If I don't beat the leader it gets recorded. If i go back and try and beat the leader, it's a bit hit'n'miss.
When there was no leader for the jump, I just had to keep trying.
Why code the game to register the jumps and then limit speeds you can hit the jump at? This makes no sense to me, will there be a patch to correct this? My group is very competitive and this limits our competition.

I have completed all the jumps, some were not registering for me. I had to try going off the jump in different spots. Most of the time if you go right under the marker it will register the jump. There were a few however I had to try a few times and stay either left or right of the marker to get it to register.
I changed Car type from Cop to Racer to get my jumps. Cops are not supposed to use sort cuts I have noticed in this game on the 360. If in a Rapid Response game type and you use a short cut jump you get a penalty of a second or so.
So try the jump again in an opposite faction car.
- Same problem here on a PS4. Twin Pines jump won't record.
THEIR ARE 77 JUMPS I MADE MY 77TH JUMP ON 12-17-14 MANY TIMES AND IT DID NOT COUNT AT ALL.TODAY IS 12-21-14. STILL STUCK ON 76 JUMPS.
After playing the game over one year and getting pretty far I have come to the conclusion that for some reason no matter what way or speed you hit some jumps they just won't record. I did notice that if you play online and someone is around you and you're jumps are recorded in green numbers you have a better chance of them recording..Also why doesn't the black box with the numbers in it not always show up after you complete a jump? Yes it's frustrating but there doesn't seem to be a fix. Same thing in some speed zones if they don't record just reboot the system. PS3
