@EA_Barry "We are also committed to constantly updating and improving the features and modes to keep in our games to ensure they remain exciting to play for as long as possible."

This statement is a bunch of crap. If you really cared about improving your games and the players, the servers for NFS Carbon, Shift 2 and The Run wouldn't be broken.
Please fix these servers issue and relist these games digitally.

@oGoTheWanderer Agreed, we need ACTUAL answers and actual server issues fixed/resolved, instead of some copy/pasted generic "support" message that isn't any help to anyone!
