KEYBINDING OPTIONS WITH KEYBOARD

Hey Guys, can you PLEASE add more Options in the Keyboard setting list? I don't have a NumPad, so i cant do Livetuning, i cant switch the Keybindings, i cant switch between races and cant open my ch...
