Kicked from crew due to “user generated content”

I started my own crew and after a few weeks of trying to get it to level 50 and as I got close to level 48 I had a message he next time I went online saying “you are leaving your crew due to user generated content”, this is the second time this has happened, and I can not get back in to either crew

    Is there a way to fix this because it's getting really annoying that I'm being removed from my own crew.
