Lag and mini-freezes on Ps4

I've noticed this two or three times.

The game freezes/lags for 1 or 2 seconds and then goes back to normal.  This happened while playing alone, not online. 

Has anyone experienced the same problem? Is this normal, or could it be the console?

Im playing the digital version on Ps4. 

I would apreciate any help.
