Lag while playing NFS

Hi, 

I recently  brought NFS. The game starts fine, but lags in between the game play. I tried disabling origin in game, tried clean boot, repair game and even tweaked screen resolution. Even in the lowest resolution it lags.  Please help resolve this issue.

i7-5500U CPU @ 2.40Ghz

64 bit windows 10

AMD Radeon R9 M375 4GB
