language problem with new game

not sure wtf is going on here.

I tried changing language of my launcher from dutch to english.. still getting the attention message @ startup

Googling the problem seems 1 million pages of the same problem..

are there any people of EA to help here??? or just refund the *?

for some reason i fixed the above problem.
swapping from english to german and back to english fixed this issue.
but now at the first screen nothing respond..
I google'ed the last hour.. and it seems that this game is totally broken regarding these issues.. and none of EA seems to care
