when in attempt of the use in "slang" it dosen't, At best it would be Business And Entertainment (BaE) which is the closest official use of that word
funny enough spike saying she my Business And Entertainment almost makes some sort of funny scenes here... but we all know that not what the devs were going for.
Straight up spike officially or unintentionally calls her poop, or rudely calls her * if used in a slang way

I would releases a quick fix on the Subtitles.. with out the sub titles enabled I would have never noticed I don't think. Just a idea|
just add the other "b" and I don't think any one would notices the what he says it in the game video
