Legendary crate inaccessible

Hi!

I have already submitted a ticket #491936 on FireMonkeys, but still have no reply on the issue.

The problem is:

When the timer reaches 00:00 for Legendary crate, the crate vanishes without any possibility to open it.

I do not have any idea on how to obtain an item from this crate.

Is there any time limit for this crate to vanish?

What should i do? I have waited for the Legendary crate timer to reach 00:00 around 15 times, even took couple of videos as a proof.

    Hello,
    Did you casually use the "small" bug to receive free cashes + premium cash?
    Usually your problem stems from this.
    In any case, after the last update the problem had to be resolved.
    Clear the #NFSNL cache
    Reinstall #NFSNL.

    Thank you for the reply.

    I have definitely used "Free cash", "Free gold" and "Free fuel refills (Free race skips in the latest update)", but have never faced the bug with "premium cash". Obviously I have missed some free money 🙂

    If I delete the iOS app NSFNL and install it again, all of the progress will appear automatically as I log in?

    Are you sure that the bug has been fixed in the latest update?

    Well, i do not know whom should i send my many thanks, but after 2 more failed crates, they started to drop every day for at least 4 days. So i think my problem is solved by tech support. Thanks to them!
    I will keep an eye on next crates 🙂

    Hi, have you already tried to clear #NFSNL cache and reinstall the game?

    not going to be able to checkif it works till next legendary crate.

    I'm still not able to open any legendary crate. The moment the timer reaches zero it disappears. I've done all clear cache fresh install cicle. I've never used any bug exploit or what so ever. I'm actually able to open free daily crates, premium crates and those blue ones with pieces. But legendaries never.

    Hope someone can help me, cause i feel I'm really losing all my chances of getting rare and legendary blueprints.
