let it slide

hi i am at the n.f.s heat ,let it slide mission the problem is that i the proximity bar is not shown and  no target point so i just can't pass this mission can any one help me pls pls pls ???

i cant still doing that mission idk i can see the mission but i can play that mission thats weird because im 23 rep lvl plus my car like 350 points what ever u call
