License limit has been reached NFS undercover
I have had a physical copy of Need for Speed Undercover for several years. During the time I have had it I have installed it on different laptops of mine. I installed it on my new laptop and when I try to start the game it says I have reached the maximum amount of installations on my product key and the game does not start. Does this mean there is no way to install the game on my new laptop? I have also tried adding it to my origin account but it says the code has already been redeemed even though I have not redeemed it. Is there a way to fix this problem or does this mean I will need to buy another copy if I want to play the game again?
You should not need to repurchase but we do need you to contact us to reset the installation limit.
