Summarize your bug Not much to say. It seems after the new Plymouth was released, license plates are glitched and display a few zeroes before your custom tag. Seems to be tied to this vehicle only.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just try editing a plate and then applying it to the Plymouth.
What happens when the bug occurs? The plate displays zeroes before your custom tag.
What do you expect to see? My custom plate tag.

I only noticed this on the new Plymouth.
