Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 3/8/2018
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 2:37 AM
What is your time zone? CST - GMT - 6:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Collect the new Drag Barracuda and try to change License plate to Jester.
What happens when the bug occurs? Auto corrected to 0000 JES.
What do you expect to see? JESTER

Were you connected to other players when the bug occurred? No
‌Not sure if it's the Plymouth Barracuda license plate itself or the New Car's plate, haven't really tested it on any other Barracudas.
EDIT: It also happens on my Offroad Baracuda.
