When I say special events letter I mean the letter with the special offers, I don't know what's it's really called and at this point I'm beginning to lose interest but my point was a new feature to bring some life into the game is now tied up for weeks with a pointless offer.

Infact there are two messages now. Means the new event-message icon will not be locked with single-events.
